With more than 30 years of experience in enterprise applications, Meg Bear lives and works at the intersection of people, business, and technology. Meg has a proven track record developing and scaling next-generation enterprise cloud businesses from concept to profit, encompassing business strategy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, and market acceleration. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of functional domains, including artificial intelligence, big data, security, customer relationship management, manufacturing, financial systems and human resources.

Meg is a non-executive director for Heidrick and Struggles. Her most recent operational role was President for SAP SuccessFactors, responsible for setting product vision, leading product management, engineering and operations for the entire Successfactors product estate. Meg and her team created the Human Experience Management (HXM) category, shifting the focus of HR tech to the needs of the employee. 
 
Prior to SAP SuccessFactors, Meg held several leadership and executive positions at Juvo, Imperva, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Saba. Meg is a board member, patent holder, change agent, startup advisor, keynote speaker and TEDx host. She holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and is committed to using her talents to invent an abundant future by helping others achieve their full potential.
